Do I have a warranty on my Kraxe-Wien backpack?
Yes. Two years
Does Kraxe-Wien repair my backpack?
-All repairs are carried out in our factory in Portugal and can take 6-8 weeks.
Does the repair cost extra?
-No.
-We do not send a shipping label for repairs. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
-To avoid additional costs and your backpack having to travel to Portugal, we can send you spare parts for free and we advise you to take them to your trusted cobbler.

Can I wash my backpack in the washing machine?
Yes, but we advise you to wash it on the cold setting, the lowest rpm, use neutral soap and don't mix it with other items.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, within 15 days of receipt.
We will refund you if the backpack is returned in its original packaging with the tags and without any signs of use.
The refund is made to the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.
50% of the shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price.
